The Association of Tour Promoters and Operators (in short), is a legal entity of a voluntary nature and professional purposes, endowed with legal personality and administrative and financial autonomy, made up of individual or legal persons whose ultimate objective is the promotion, dissemination and sustainable development of tourist activity in Angola, particularly in the Province of Huila, namely restaurants, hotels and accommodation, tourist developments, exploration of sites and monuments, local beverage and specialty industries, as well as regional agricultural products.

HOTOUR is a non-profit professional organization, non-governmental, non-partisan and established for an indefinite period.
