The Municipality of Chipindo is located in the Northeast of the province. AND limited to the North by the municipalities of Caála and Tchicala- Tcholoanga, to the East by the municipality of Cuvango, to the South by the municipality da Jamba, and to the west through the municipalities of Chicomba and Caconda.

POPULATION

It has a total population of 64,714 inhabitants.

Its population is mainly made up of various ethnolinguistic groups with Nganguela predominance, with a strong Nyemba and Galangue influence. The majority of this population is dedicated to self-subsistence agricultural activity, with associated peasants among them.

It is worth highlighting the study that has been carried out in the field of gold prospecting, in the town of Calomoroi, Bambi, whose exploration launch will bring large and valuable benefits.
